Correct Payments by Opening a Support Ticket

Are you missing a payment from an event or is one of your payments showing an incorrect amount?  Click the link below to open a support ticket. Our support team will work with your Regional Manager to get the issue resolved and the payment corrected.


A few things you can do to help us get your payments corrected more quickly.

1. Please only submit one support ticket per payment issue. Submitting the same request multiple times will not speed up the resolution time.

2. Please provide a clear concise description of what the issue is. (Example: I was paid $20 when I should have been paid $30 for eventid# 123456 at Bob's SuperMarket on 12/1/2013).

3. If you have the eventid# for the event in question, please include it on the support ticket form in the Eventid# field. This helps us quickly find the event in question.
